This hearing will focus on the worsening mental health crisis facing people seeking safety in the EU as a result of current migration policies. After an overview of the current situation and a more broad understanding of the key issues at stake from a medical perspective in a European and global context, we will hear from experts in the field from different regions, who will present the mental health issues they have encountered and the challenges experienced.

The meeting will be hybrid, with the possibility of physical presence in the room. Interpretation: German, English, French, Greek, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Arabic
